Harris Toll Road

The Harris Toll Road Authority will coordinate with the Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HCOEM) as well as the Texas Department of Public Safety for implementation of evacuation routes in response to Hurricane Rita. The Texas Department of Public Safety has primary responsibility for implementation of these evacuation routes.
